02About Apptek Energy and this site

Apptek Energy provides electrical infrastructure services for data centers, including grid interconnection, on-site and standby generation, redundancy and distribution, renewable and firm power, and monitoring. The Site presents general information about our company and capabilities.

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, solicitation, warranty, or binding commitment to provide services, pricing, capacity, timelines, or results. Any statements about capabilities, standards, or design targets are general in nature.

Engagements are governed by separate written agreements. If Apptek Energy provides services to you, the specific terms, scope, deliverables, and pricing will be set out in a separate signed contract between the parties, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the "Apptek Energy" name and marks, layout, and design — are owned by or licensed to Apptek Energy and are protected by intellectual property laws.
